Berks County Easter Egg Hunt Guide 2013

Easter Bunny   Boyertown YMCA Easter Egg Hunt

Boyertown YMCA members are welcomed to attend the FREE annual Easter egg hunt which will be held this year on March 23rd.  Attendees are asked to register by March 19th.  The event will be held rain (indoors) or shine (outdoors) and is appropriate for kids age 1-10 years.  All are invited to visit with the Easter bunny after the egg hunt.  (Siblings of members are also welcomed to attend) 

Easter Bunny   Douglass Township Egg Hunt

Douglass Township will be hosting their annual egg hunt on March 23, 2013 at 10 AM for infants through 6th grade students.  Registration is required and can be done here.

Easter Bunny   South Heidelberg Township Easter Egg Hunt

Live near Sinking Spring?  Check out South Heidelberg’s annual Easter egg hunt held March 23.  The event runs from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and is appropriate for all ages.  Rain date is Sunday March 24.

Easter Bunny   Easter Egg Hunt for Children with Autism (and their friends, family) at Kutztown University

Kutztown University is hosting their 5th annual Easter Egg Hunt for Children with Autism (and their friends and family) on March 16, 2013 rain or shine.  They do require an RSVP – details found here.

Easter Bunny   Easter Egg Hunts PA Dutch Style

The Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center is hosting Easter on the Farm on March 23, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Not only will there be two Easter Egg hunts (held at 11:30 and 2:30) but there will be hearth-cooking demonstrations, fraktur (a highly artistic style of lettering), quilting, spinning, felting, and much more.  Can you believe this is a free event?!  Additional information can be found here.

Easter Bunny   South Mountain YMCA Camp Easter Egg Hunt

This event will be held at 201 Cushion Peak Road, Reinholds, PA (in the mountains above Wernersville) on Saturday, March 30 from 10 to 11 am. There will be two hunts held – one for ages 0-12 and one for ages 13 and over.
